Article master data – this consists of basic data for identifying articles (Global Trade Item Number, GTIN) and suppliers (Global Location Number, GLN) and other article information such as size, weight of the product or type of packaging.

The customer specifies a date/period of time, for all allocations before this date there is an obligation on the part of the customer to accept the planned material.
